Camino Ward

I found these pictures on a friend's blog and they were too cute not to share.  We love our ward family.

Anthony's 1st Haircut

Today Forrest gave Anthony his first haircut. I didn't think I would like it but I love it!  I put it off for so long, with him being my last baby, I didn't to part with those curls but now with hair short he looks just like Noah and it is the cutest thing in the world.  He's all boy.
The "after" shot.

From the back he looks just like Noah.

Daddy took him in the bathroom with a sucker and he did so good!

All smiles the whole time.

Goodbye baby locks.

Pinewood Derby 2014

Last week was Jacob's 3rd and Noah's 1st Pinewood Derby competition.  Both boys completed their cars with the help of Dad.  Noah's car came in 4th place, and Jacob's 5th.  They both had a lot of fun.

Temple Sealing

Saturday was the best day of our lives- our family was sealed for time and all eternity at the temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  This is a new covenant that the bands of death can not break.  This has been a dream and goal 10 years in the making and I am beyond words that it has come to pass.

Made official!

We are so thankful to all of our family and friends who came out to support us on this special event.  We had many of our Camino Ward family there, as well as friends from the Bass Lake Ward.  Seeing all those people in one room was like Heaven.  I will forever hold in my memory the sight of all my children dressed in white and coming in to kneel at the altar.  A special day it was.

Cousins Visit

We had a great visit with my sister and the cousins last week.  We were able to get all 11 kids together and it was great.  She came and had dinner at our new house, then we visited her at her in-laws in El Dorado Hills, which is right next door to this wonderful park.  Our visits are too few and far between but we had fun while it lasted.
