Off and... Riding!

Forrest has always been good about teaching the kids to ride their bikes without training wheels at a very young age. I was thoroughly impressed when he took Ashlee's wheels off at age four, then along came Jacob, who he had riding without wheels at age three! Well, this past weekend was Noah's turn. As you'll see in the pictures, it wasn't an entirely planned event, but it worked out nonetheless.
Noah was doing jumps off the speed bump when his training wheels BROKE!
So Daddy did the only thing there was to do, which was to take them off.
Riding alongside Dad.
Building confidence.
ALL SMILES at the end of the day!

Good job, Dad, and great job Noah!

  2. He just went with the flow. He broke his training wheel so I took it off and he was ready to learn and took off on two wheels. He spilled on the pavement a few times. He learned to head toward the grass so if he fell he would land softly. No whining, no complaining, no tears. He did perfectly. Great job big guy.
