Sweet Potato Gnocchi

I'm always out to find new treasures at Trader Joe's. It seems like all of their food is cheaper, healthier, and tastes better than anything that can be bought in the grocery store. I love the unique variety. Well, the other day I picked up a package of their sweet potato gnocchi with butter and sage in the freezer section. I had some for lunch today, and my was it yummy! (Yes, I know, that is a copious amount of broccoli. I love it in the winter.)

    We Love gnocchi's and they are super easy to make from scratch if you want to cook them for dinner.

    This was the first time I have had gnocchi (other than samples.) I would be interested in trying it from scratch.
