Okay, our times from Saturday's Run for Courage are in. These are our best 5K times yet! We both feel like we could've pushed ourselves harder, and next time we will, but it was fun to stay together as a group.

Ashlee: 30:32 (9:52 mi.)
Lisa: 30:57 (9:59 mi.)

We were both in the top 25% of female runners.
