I know chocolate chip cookie recipes are a dime a dozen, but I had these at a New Year's Eve get-together last night, and they are GOOD. I think the secret lies in dropping 1/4 c. of dough onto the baking sheet for each cookie and baking them at a low temperature. I'm going to try my hand at them today.

ReplyDeleteI saw these on your blog and decided to make them today, and they were delicious! They are gone now, and I'm stuffed. I followed the recipe almost exactly, but substitued 1/4 the flour with whole wheat so I wouldn't feel so bad about all the other junky ingredients. Anyway, this one is a keeper FOR SURE:-)
Glad you liked them Roxanne. This is definitely replacing my old chocolate chip cookie recipe, too. I like that they're big and chewy.
