Surprise-in-the-Middle Cookies
So we had the chance to make Ali's Surprise-in-the-Middle cookies yesterday (check your MOMS Club February newsletter if you'd like the recipe.) They were really fun to make, and the kids jumped on the chance to help.
The recipe says it makes 27 cookies, but we found that if you nibble on the dough enough, you get a nice even 2 dozen.
